Description

     Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installations East, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to McNaughton-McKay Southeast, Inc., 6685 Best Friend Road, Norcross, GA 30071 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) only one source reasonably available under Restrictive Rights and Exclusive Licensing Agreements.
     THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
     This requirement is for eight (8) Allen Bradley PF753 AC Drives, MFR Part No. 20F11ND065JA0NNNNN. The variable frequency drive controls the speed of the submersible sewage pumps that determines flow rate at the pump lift stations within the Camp Lejeune Wastewater Collections system.
     Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 12:00 PM EDST, 24 June 2024.
