Description

David Grant Medical Center at Travis AFB CA is seeking potential; source to provide an Appointment Scheduling Application Software License with a built-in Maintenance Agreement.  The Appointment Scheduling Application will be used by the Laboratory & Pathology clinic to schedule and track patients’ appointments and allow patients to make an appointment from any on-line mobile devices.The contractor shall provide support and sustain the Appointment Scheduling Application as described in the attached Statement of Need.

This Request information (RFI) Sources Sought does not constitue a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue a future RFQ.  This Sources Sought does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service.  Further, the Air Force is not currently seeking proposal and will not accept unsolicited proposals.  Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any inforation or administrative costincurred in response to this RFI.  All costs associated with responding to the RFI will be solely at the interested partys expense.  Not responding to the RFI: does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued.
