SOURCE SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT
The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Division of Acquisitions is issuing a SOURCE SOUGHT announcement to seek potential Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) sources who would be interested in HVAC Repairs to Building 105 at Haskell Indian Nations University in Lawrence, Kansas. This notice is to identify IEE that fall into the following available set aside categories. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 238220 size standard $16.50.
No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with this Source Sought announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. It is requested that only those that meet the definition of these categories submit a response to this notice. Send your capabilities statement to include your business size, description of your specialties, contact information (business name, contact person, phone number and email address), general contracting license number and construction bonding capabilities (per single and aggregate) to maryjane.johnson@bie.edu.
The contract scope of work consists of the following, Haskell Indian Nations University is requesting services to renovate interior HVAC system for Minoka Hall, Building 105. The Contractor shall provide all services required including, but not limited to selective demolition, construction, and installation to accomplish the tasks in accordance with this statement of work, contract terms, conditions, specifications, and any special requirements. Provide the demolition / removal replacement, to furnish and install a new chiller and other equipment as specified herein. The following requirements shall be part of this installation. A more detailed statement of work will be provided with the full solicitation package to all eligible contractors.
Interest parties are requested to provide their UEI number for verification of inclusion in the System for Award Management (SAM). Any interest and qualified sources are requested to provide a brief capabilities statement to Mary Jane Johnson via email maryjane.johnson@bie.edu. To be considered, please provide the information above no later than 12:00 P.M. on June 03, 2022, Mountain Daylight Time (MD), to be considered.
