The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Irving, TX 75063 is issuing this special notice to inform industry of the intent to execute a single source award as prescribed in FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) with Resurgens Risk Management, Inc.

Prior to awarding, market research was conducted and concluded this request to acquire auto insurance for government-owned vehicles operating in the foreign country of Canada as a sole source procurement is in the best interests to the Government because the services needed are not available from any other provider. In accordance with FAR Part 13, specifically Subpart 13.106-1(b)(i), there is only one (1) responsible source, and no other service will satisfy agency requirements.

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. The place of performance is as follows: 1170 Peachtree Street Atlanta, GA 30361..
