Elevator Maintenance Service Support

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division, Procurement Services Staff, intends to award one follow-on sole source order to QUALITY ELEVATOR CO., INC of 4808 UPSHUR STREET, BLADENSBURG, MD 20710. This is a follow-on procurement for 15JPSS20F00001001 for the maintenance of the elevators in the Department of Justice Building in accordance with 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 8.405-6. The Government contemplates award of a firm fixed purchase order resulting from this notice. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
