Description
Addendum to 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Products and Commercial Services
1. The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island hereby issues RFQ PANROC23P0000 006702 in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the procurement of Museum Grade Display Cases in support of First Army.

2. This RFQ is a 100% Small Business Set Aside under NAICS code 337215 with size standard for small business of 500 employees. Product Service Code: 7125
3. Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to following address:

4. Requested Delivery Schedule:
30 days after receipt of order
5. The Government will evaluate quotes based on the Total Evaluated Price (TEP) quoted on the Price Matrix, Attachment 0001 and any other price related factors required by the RFQ. The Total Price for each CLIN is calculated by multiplying the quantity times the Unit Price. The Total Prices for each CLIN are added together to calculate the TEP. Input all unit prices for CLINs on Attachment 0001. Offerors shall quote all line items, failure to quote all items may render the quote non-responsive.
6. Payment for the purchase order will issue by DFAS, via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) DFARS Clause 252.232-7006.

8. Quotes shall remain valid for 30 days.

10. EVALUATION and AWARD: The Government anticipates awarding a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order as a result of this RFQ to the responsible, responsive offeror with the lowest TEP. The Government reserves the right to award no contract at all depending on the quality of the quotes, prices submitted, and the availability of funds.
11. QUESTIONS: All submissions for questions pertaining to this RFQ shall be in writing to Jennifer L. Edwards, jennifer.l.edwards158.civ@army.mil and Sharla Rath, Sharla.m.rath.civ@army.mil by 29 August 2023.

Army Contracting Command – Rock Island hereby issues Amendment 01 to RFQ PANROC-23-P-0000 006702 for procurement of museum grade display cases in support of First Army, QC.
The purpose of Amendment 01 is to revise the delivery date to no later than 120 days after receipt of order and to provide answers to the following industry questions.
1. Custom display cases such as are described have a 4 - 6 month lead time. Is it possible that you have flexibility in your schedule?
a. We take no exception to the longer delivery time stated.
2. Are you looking for just basic delivery to the site, or are you looking for white glove delivery including uncrating and removal of crate materials?
a. Basic delivery is all that is required.
The date and time for proposal submission remains unchanged.
