Description
Amendment 0002 is posted to incorproate the Questions and Answers as Attachment 20 and to make changes throguhout the attachments and documents. Updated the title to Attachment 12 removing parenthesis due to system conflict however the origianl document with (2) is still allowed as no additional changes were made to the document. Updated Attachments 2, 3, and 19 (all DBA Wages), Updated Attachment 4 RFTOP Letter (Note the RFTOP letter is the format used for internal MATOC competitons for all post award actions). Amendments to the soliciation were made as outlined in Amendment 0002.
Maximum individual order is $5.0M. The maximum anticipated awards throughout the life of the MATOC is $42.0M.
Amendment 0001 is posted to extend the offer due date. See attached amendment.
Proposal due dates have been extended appropriately. NO ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS WILL BE ENTERTAINED.
The Government requires performance of the following:
1. The Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) is an Indefinite-Delivery - Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract.
2. MATOC is a competitive Multiple Award IDIQ construction contract. This solicitation will result in more than one (1) award, not to exceed five (5) contracts.
3. The NAICS for this requirement is 236220, with a size standard of $45M.
4. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
5. Guaranteed Minimum for the ordering period is $2,000.00.
6. Bid guarantee is required.
7. Task Orders will be individually bonded.
8. IAW FAR 36.204 - Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects will be cited on the Request for Task Order Proposal (RFTOP).
9. Written questions should be submitted to Candi Caquelin via electronic mail at candi.l.caquelin.civ@army.mil, no later than 3:00 p.m. CST on September 27, 2023.
10. The Sample Task Order is a live project which the Government intends to award to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. Refer to ATTACHMENT 4 for specific guidance.
