Description
The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services as
necessary to remove, dispose of the existing 7.5 ton rooftop HVAC System and replace it with a direct heat pump
replacement from Trane (model # WSC092H3R0B1XKM), located on the south side of the roof of MT Hood building
at U.S. Coast Guard MSU Portland located in Portland, Oregon.
