Description
This is a FAR Part 13.5 competition and a combined synopsis/solicitation.
The Library of Congress, National Audiovisual Conservation Center (NAVCC), seeks an additional production level film scanner at full film resolution for 35mm and 16mm films that are original camera negatives (or reversal originals), inter-positives, inter-negatives or prints.
The Library anticipates the award of one firm-fixed-price contract. Offers shall review the whole announcement in its entirety and submit questions via email to the contract specialist. All questions and answers will be shared with all interested parties via SAM after the question period has closed.
Questions are due: Thursday, March 17th, 2022 at 12PM EST.
Offers are due: Thursday, March 24th, 2022 at 5PM EST.
