Description

DESCRIPTION: Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) - 18 OMRS Theater Preventative Medicine Flight (TPMF) provide environmental, occupational and hazardous waste support across Pacific Air Forces Command (PACOM). The contractor shall provide analytical services to support this mission in Mainland Japan.

2. All interested parties MUST be registered in SAM in order to receive an agreement. If you are not registered with SAM, you may contact the SAM Help Desk at 1-866-606-8220 or register online at http://www.sam.gov. Complete and submit the Offeror Representations.
