Description

RLP Amendment No. 1 (03/21/2023)

Request for Lease Proposal 57-18063-22-NR (RLP) dated 12/09/2022, is modified to extend the due time and date for offers to 4:30 PM Eastern, Wednesday, May 3, 2023.

All other aspects of the RLP remains unchanged from its 12/09/2022 issuance.

Attached is the Request for Lease Proposal 57-18063-22-NR (RLP) for leasehold interest in general-purpose office and related space in Danville, Hendricks County, Indiana. The RLP contains all leasing requirements and specifications.
All offers must be submitted not later than the due date and time established in the RLP. Any offers received beyond this date are subject to rejection.
Unsolicited offer must confirm if they are within the delineated Area of Performance and not within a floodplain. The USDA reserves the right to reject any unsolicited offer.
