Description

Synopsis/Solicitation HT940624Q0001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).  The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation as indicated in the attached Standard Form (SF) 1449. The SF1449 form is being utilized to generate the applicable clauses from the Standard Procurement System. 

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Southeastern Healthcare Operations Contracting Division intends to procure a firm fixed price contract for turnkey patient Wi-Fi services for three (3) buildings at Naval Health Clinic Charleston (NHCC). Services include technical support for resolution of service interruptions throughout the period of performance under this requirement; and training for eight (8) users. The contractor shall accomplish the installation, integration, and optimization processes with minimum disruption to daily clinic staff and patient operations. The contract will consist of a base year and four Option years of 12 months each. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

Submission of Quote: To create the quote, Contractors must follow the requirements of FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-2, 52.212-1 Addendum, 52.212-1 Addendum, and the Quote Instructions and Evaluation Criterion provided in the solicitation document. Quote is required to be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialists on or before the date and time specified in SF 1449, Block 8 of Page l.

Competition Approach: Open competition.

Period of Performance: The estimated start date is February 1, 2025. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base year of 12 months and four (4) Option years of 12-month each.

Incumbent Contractor: This requirement is a follow-on to Firm Fixed Price contract No.  N6890819P0059, which was award to South Carolina Net, Inc. (Segra).
