Amend 0001 is hereby issued for Q&A and to extend the response date to 12/13/2023 at 05:00 PM (MST).

Solicitation No.75H70724Q00012 is hereby issued by Indian Health Services (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, has a requirement for one (1) heavy equipment, Skid Steer with attachments for Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center located in Zuni, New Mexico.

This solicitation is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C 47 as the first (1st) tier. If IHS, does not receive at least two or more offers that are reasonably priced offers from ISBEEs, IHS will then evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns under the following cascading set-aside.
