Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: 

State: California

City:  San Jose

Delineated Area: 

  • North: Highway 101 & Embarcadero Road East across bay to Interstate 880 & Dixon Landing Road 
  • East:  Interstate 880 to 10th Street to Interstate 280 
  • South:  Interstate 280 
  • West: Highway 85 to Highway 101 to Embarcadero Road 

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):   Warehouse Space: 1,500 ABOA, OR if Parking Garage:  8 Parking Spaces

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):  Warehouse Space:  2,400 ABOA, OR if Parking Garage: 8 Parking Spaces

Additional Requirements:

If Warehouse: 

  1. Must have a minimum of one ground level roll-up door, which must be no smaller than an 8’ x 8’, and one door for pedestrian access. 
  2. Foundation must be able to accommodate weights at least 75 lbs./square foot   

If Parking Garage: 

  1. Parking spaces must be contiguous.
  2. Ability to install a secure cage around the parking spaces with vehicle and pedestrian gates/doors. 
  3.  Available power and fiber to the area. 

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is not required.  Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
