- Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign-flagged, double-hull tanker, with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks, capable of carrying a minimum of 215,000 bbls of clean petroleum product (intentions JA1) within the vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double-valve isolation.
- Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is Singapore, Singapore (BP Singapore Vopak Bayan Terminal), and the intended discharging port/place is Coco, Guam. The laydays commence 08 January and cancel 09 January 2022, and the period of performance will be one voyage
- Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on review of previous procurements and knowledge of the current chartering market. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
