Description
Determination of a Sole Source Justification to improve understanding of bycatch of seabirds, particularly Great Shearwaters (Ardenna gravis) and Northern Gannets (Morus bassanus), in northeastern U.S. and Atlantic Canada commercial fisheries, and to work cooperatively with partners to identify and encourage voluntary adoption of effective bycatch reduction strategies within targeted fisheries.
