Description
In Spring 2027, The Library of Congress (henceforth, “LOC” or “the Library”) will open the new Orientation Gallery on the Ground Floor in the Thomas Jefferson Building.
The Orientation Gallery, which consists of Orientation Gallery, Carriage Entrance and Welcome area (collectively “Orientation Gallery or Orientation”) will highlight prominent and important objects from the Library’s collection. The collections on display will be reinforced with several audio-visual experiences, telling stories and illustrating highlights from the collections being displayed.
The Library requires a contractor with extensive experience in providing onsite production and installation of media programs, equipment and hardware, as well as expertise in system design, prototyping, audio engineering, and integration with existing digital networks, security protocols, and historic building infrastructure. The contractor shall provide Audiovisual Systems Integration and Support services for the Orientation Gallery. The contractor must understand, coordinate, and test various types of audio-visual (A/V) and interactive programs. The contractor must determine and configure the physical needs of each program for proper presentation, specify and purchase all equipment and hardware. The contractor shall deliver and install all equipment and hardware, provide commissioning and on-site troubleshooting, and post-delivery/maintenance handoff to the Library.

The purpose of this amendment is as follows:
1. To attach the Questions and Answers document at Section J-18.
2. To revise Attachment J-1 - Statement of Work.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
