The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Government Contracting Services (GCS) has received a request from the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) to seek sources capable of meeting the objectives set forth in the attached work description. The Government is looking to acquire an enterprise solution leader in social media brand threat intelligence (e.g., protecting organization, name, and digital identity from fraud, impersonation, imposter websites, etc.) and assist in takedowns in a managed service for these functions for ACF.
