Description

Solicitation:

1.  This is a Multiple Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to obtain Air Transportation Support Services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, training, supervision, equipment, materials, facilities, supplies, and services necessary to perform passenger and/or cargo airlift services for the Response Directorate within FEMA.

2.  The anticipated IDIQ contract length is a one-year base period of performance and four one- year option periods.

3.  The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

4.  The NAICS code of this procurement is 481211 (Nonscheduled Chartered Passenger Air Transportation). This procurement is full and open.
