Description

Description of Requirement:

Five continuous training days. Instruct 12 aircraft maintenance senior non-commissioned officers and company grade officers in skills for deployed leadership roles. Training will discuss roles and missions of decision makers in the deployed environment. Training will also focus on individual and team actions while deployed focusing on ethical fitness, deployed morale and discipline, and expectations of deployed decision makers. This training will assist SNCOs and CGOs to foster a healthy culture while deployed that sets conditions for mission success in uncertain and unpredictable environments. Training will incorporate scenarios developed jointly between AFSOC/A4 Staff and contractor.

Unique Qualifications:

Instructors must maintain a Secret security clearance. Instructors must be graduates of a recognized Operator Training Course and have a background with National Special Operations Forces. Instructors must be Clifton-certified Strength Instructors. Instructors should be graduates or fellows of Joint Professional Military Education like the Army's Command and General Staff College, the Navy's Post-Graduate School and Joint Senior Non-Commissioned Officer's Academy. Instructors should have a Doctorate in Education with a specialty in Leadership Development. Must be well versed in Special Operations Command relationships.
