Description

The project is located at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. The project purpose is to repair or replace critical park infrastructure and visitor facilities damaged during a 2018 volcanic event. The project is being implemented in Phases. Phase II of the project includes the rehabilitation of the existing Kilauea Visitor Center (KVC), the demolition and replacement of the existing 1,350 SF comfort station adjacent to the KVC, and the replacement of the existing KVC 3,150 SF lanai with an expanded 6,200 SF lanai.
