Description
Minimum Requirements
One (1) fully assembled 2024 22’ foot aluminum boat with:

- The Contractor shall provide two keys and lanyards for the Ranger Patrol Boat.
- Warranty - The boat shall have a minimum ten-year (10) warranty on the boat hull; three-year (3) warranty on the engine; and one-year (1) warranty on the jet pump.
- The Contractor will test the Patrol Boat prior to pick up.
- The Contractor will provide a highway safe towing trailer. The trailer shall be an all-welded aluminum tandem axle trailer with Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW)bunks and side guides, galvanized rims, dual wheel tongue jack, winch, LED lights, rubber torsion suspension axles, Vault oil bath hubs, disc surge brakes both axles, spare tire, rim, and mount for trailer (15" tires are standard).
Authorities
No person other than the Government Contracting Officer has the authority to make any changes to this contract action that impact cost or schedule. Authority from the Contracting Officer to the Contractor to make changes that impact cost or schedule will be in the form of an official signed modification.
Invoices
The Government shall pay the Contractor upon submission of proper invoices for supplies delivered and accepted or services rendered and accepted for the portion of work actually performed under this contract. Invoices shall be submitted as follows:
