Solicitation Amendment
Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) Fire Alerting System
This solicitation amendment is being issued to provide an updated Performance Work Statement (PWS). Cyber and IT concerns were addressed during the site visit. The attached PWS revises the requirements of the Fire Alerting System. The Contractor shall comply with the terms and conditions of this revised PWS. See Attachment 1.
The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. If not already registered in SAM, go to the SAM website www.sam.gov to register prior to submitting your quote.

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation
Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) Fire Alerting System
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number SP4703-22-R-0010 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The contract length is one year from the date of award. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business. Alternative offers will not be accepted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334290. The small business size standard is 750 employees. Partial proposals will not be accepted.

Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror that meets the requirements stated in the PWS and the solicitation. Also refer to clauses and provisions includes in this notice.
