Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Dawson Ice and Water Company, Inc under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
BIE NMNC Facility Management has a requirement for water samplings services. There are no known ISBEE or other small business providers for this requirement for this location which is on the reservation. The contractor has a proven successful record of functionality on the reservation with Native American Indian Schools. The anticipated delivery date will be December 31st, 2022.
No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541380. The point of contact for this requirement is Steave.Phann@bia.gov.
