REQUEST FOR QUOTE - Amendment 1
The purpose of this Amendment is to answer submitted questions. No further questions will be accepted.
QUESTION: Will the government provide a copy of the "ECOSYSTEMS MISSION AREA TECHNICAL MEMORANDUM 1.0 and its appendices (A through G)" with the solicitation?
ANSWER: Yes (see Attachment)
QUESTION: Does the contractor Attending Veterinarian need to be licensed in the state of Arizona?
ANSWER: Yes
QUESTION: Will the government provide an estimated level of effort in labor hours per year?
ANSWER: No
QUESTION: Approximately how many animal protocols is the Attending Veterinarian expected to review each month or each year?
ANSWER: 2 - 3 per year
QUESTION: Will the government furnish any equipment, such as a computer, Internet connection, virtual meeting software/subscription, or other telecommunication device or service?
ANSWER: Yes, if required by the awardee.
