***Amendment 0004 is restricted - The purpose of this amendment is to change the Request for Information due date from 16 July 2023 at 11:00 AM to 17 July 2023 at 11:00 AM and change the proposal due date from 05 August 2023 at 11:00 AM to 04 August 2023 at 11:00 AM.****Amendment 0003 The purpose of this amendment is to issue Phase II instructions and documents to offerors selected to advance to Phase II for the Building 1822 Renovation Project.****Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to update section 00 20 00 Phase I Proposal Submission and to provide responses to additional request for information received.****Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this Amendment is to provide answers to the questions received during the Request for Information period and provide Attachments A and B as stand-alone attachments.****The purpose of this amendment is to revise the solicitation due date/time; Response Date Time Zone changed from Eastern Standard Time to Eastern Daylight Time.****This project is to design and renovate an existing one-story metal prefabricated structure. Building 1822 measures approximately 40,000 square feet. The intent of the building renovation is to provide office space for the U.S. Army Protective Service Battalion (CID) and be a code compliant space for two building tenants.
