Description

PROJECT TITLE: Lock and Dam 25 New 1,200 f t Lock - Navigation and Ecosystem Sustainability Program. This procurement is using Full and Open Competition (unrestricted). The Estimated Magnitude of Construction is over $500,000,000. NAICS Code 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction with a Small Business Size Standard of $45,000,000. This is a Fixed-Price Incentive Successive Targets (FPIS) type contract utilizing a one-time deviation for Integrated Design and Construction (IDaC) delivery method. The procurement will be evaluated using Best Value Tradeoff Source Selection Evaluation Procedures. Contractors are requested to review requirements and instructions for an Integrated Design and Construction selection in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP). NOTE: Attachment 7 - BIM Model and Attachment 8 - Survey Data are available to be sent via DoD SAFE upon request via email to Shamron.richardson@usace.army.mil and whitney.r.dee@usace.army.mil.
