Proposals are due NLT noon 1200 Eastern Time (ET) on 31 July 2023. Questions are due NLT 1600 on 14 July 2023.
This posting replaces the original W15P7T-23-R-0004 solicitation posting that had to be deleted on 06 July 2023 due to the incorrect versions of Attachment 0001 and Attachment 0009 being erroneously uploaded in the original posting. The proposal due date remains 31 July 2023 as the original solicitation was only removed from SAM.gov for a few minutes in order to post this notice.
