NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source open market purchase order to include four (4) option periods, to ChemDAQ, Inc., 300 Business Center Drive, Pittsburg, PA 15205 for a requirement including on-site calibration, repair, and component replacement of eight (8) Steri-Trac sensors, [Four (4) ST1-HSXP Steri-Trac Sensor Usage H2O2 and Four (4) ST1-PSXP Steri-Trac Sensor Usage PAA], located at the Buffalo VA Medical Center, 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215. NAICS code is 811219 OTHER ELECTRONIC AND PRECISION EQUIPMENT REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE and the classification code is J059 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components with a small business size standard of $22 million. THIS IS NOT A NOTICE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any business that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notice prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
