Description
The contractor shall be responsible for providing labor, materials and equipment for the services required to provide and install new Chilled Water Isolation & Balancing Valve Replacements at the Temple VA Medical Center, 1901 Veterans Memorial Dr, Temple, TX 76504, building 202. After all work is completed, the contractor will have a walkthrough with the Project Manager (PM) to ensure all work is completed and ready to receive payment. This is a Turnkey Project. See attached RFQ 36C25722Q1079 Chilled Water Valve Replacement for work, site visit, and submittal details. This requirement has been amended to provide answers to vendor questions. See attached Amendment 36C25722Q1079 0001 for details.
