1. This is a Sources Sought Notice only and not a formal Request for Quote (RFQ). The USPFO for Washington intends to issue an RFQ and is conducting preliminary Market Research to determine an available pool of Small Business vendors who can provide the Recruiting Promotional Items (RPI) described below. The vendor will be required to coordinate with our Recruiting office for logo placement.
