Description
This requirement is for the office and park cleaning at Grapevine lake to include the day use area, bathrooms, picnic areas, playground equipment, ETC. This intention is to Solicit for a Firm-Fixed price contract for base year and two option periods. PWS will be issued with Solicitation.
