***The purpose of this amendment is to change the pre-bid conference from September 7, 2023 at 1:00 PM Central time to September 6, 2023 at 1:00 PM Central time. See attached amendment.***
Project BKTZ212007 Repair Boiler B810 at 118th Wing Tennessee Air National Guard Berry Field Air National Guard Base, Nashville, TN. Work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work, Specifications and Drawings. This project is set aside 100% for Total Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238220, with a size standard of $19,000,000.00 and the small business Size Standard is: $19,000,000.00 in average annual receipts for the past three years. The Construction magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Persons intending to submit a bid are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference site visit. See Section 00100 for location and date. All documents for this solicitation will be posted at SAM.GOV website at https://sam.gov. Contractor should check the website frequently for updates to this solicitation. Award will be made to the responsible bidder w hose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors.
