Sources Sought for laundry and dry cleaning services at Altus AFB, OK

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THERE IS NOT A SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.

This is a Sources Sought Notice in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.215-3 – Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes is for informational/market research purposes only. This solicitation is issued for the purposes of acquiring capability statements from all qualified and interested parties that can provide laundry and dry cleaning services for a potential single contract at Altus AFB, OK.

The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 812320 and the size standard is $6M. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Government is not at this time seeking quotes and will not accept unsolicited proposals. The notice respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice; all costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement.

The 97th Contracting Squadron will execute the service contract for the Altus AFB, Oklahoma military and civilian personnel at base lodging facilities, maintenance shops, event center, logistics, dorm facilities, and fire department. The contractor shall provide all plant facilities, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and any other items and services (except as provided as Government-Furnished Property or Government Furnished Equipment) necessary to perform Laundry and Dry Cleaning services. Attachment 1 FY23 Laundry Performance Work Statement provides preliminary information relating to this service and Attachment 2 FY23 Laundry Item Service Estimates are preliminary estimates on the amount of items requiring cleaning or dry cleaning for this requirement. These documents also identifies the items the contractor will need to provide for this requirement.

Requested Information

Market research is being conducted to determine interest, capability, and socio-economic category of potential sources for the requirement. The government requests interested parties submit a brief description of their company's business size (i.e. annual revenues and employee size), business status (i.e., 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, woman-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, or small business), and a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers. Please provide the following information in your response:

• CAGE Code and SAM ID Number
