Project Description:

This project will construct the electrical and civil improvements to provide additional medium voltage (MV) electrical feeders, vista switches and switchgear to serve research equipment at the Flatirons Campus Grid Integration Research Pads. The new feeders and electrical gear will connect to the existing Flatirons Campus research electrical buses and provide a selectable bus connection for each new MV feed, similar to the existing switchgear arrangements serving the Grid Integration Research Pads. This project will provide dual feeds for the pads as well as provide dedicated switchgear for the PV array and PV emulator/DC power supply.
