Description

The Trustees of Princeton University, a U.S. Department of Energy Prime Contractor, represented by Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL), is a research facility located in Princeton, NJ. PPPL focuses on the advancement of science and engineering enabling a world powered by safe, clean, and plentiful fusion energy while leading discoveries in plasma science technology.

A vital element in fulfilling the role and mission of the laboratory is attracting, hiring, and retaining the talent needs for the laboratory to collaborate and achieve national goals. PPPL invites your submission of a proposal for the subject services in accordance with the requirements and conditions contained in this RFP 24-054, a competitive solicitation for subcontractors to provide the staffing support services required to meet mission objectives.

It is intended that one or more Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) type subcontract(s) with a period of performance three(3) years w/ two (2) consecutive option periods shall be awarded. Any award issued will be a under U.S. Department of Energy Prime Contract DE-AC02009CH11466 with the Trustees of Princeton University. It is strongly recommended that interested firms review the RFP documents thoroughly. If, after reviewing the RFP, you determine the work is within your ability and you have an interest in submitting a proposal in response, please complete and return to the Procurement Specialist by email the attachment, “Acknowledgement of Receipt (RFP) 24-054” Form.

Proposals shall be developed according to the attached Section III, “Instructions for Proposal Preparation”. All sections and completed documents are required in order for the proposal to be determined responsive to this RFP.
