Tulsa District Powerhouses
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV23Q0060 for Hydrostatic Testing, Repair, Replacement of Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Cylinders at Powerhouses located within SWT, LeFlore, Sequoyah, Tulsa, Cherokee, Muskogee, McCurtain, and McIntosh Counties, in Oklahoma and Grayson County, in Texas.
The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $12.5M.
The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm-Fixed Price basis for one (1) base CLIN and two (2) Option CLINs to be exercised at the Government’s discretion, to the responsible offeror whose quote is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price, past performance, and conformance with sub-contracting regulations. The anticipated award date is on or about 31-Aug-2023.
The solicitation will be issued via Internet only on SAM.gov website at https://sam.gov/. It is the contractor’s responsibility to monitor the above-listed internet address for any posted changes. All amendments posted shall be signed and submitted with the quote.
Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be on or about 10-Jul-2023. Quotes are anticipated to be due on or about 11-Aug-2023. Contractors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at time of quote in order to receive a Government contract award. SAM registration must also be active at time of award in order to receive a Government contract award. SAM registrations shall remain active throughout contract performance in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements.
