Description
AMENDMENT 3- The RFQ has been amended to change the period of performance.
AMENDMENT 2- The RFQ has been amended to change the NAICS, PSC, SOW, due date and CLIN description.
AMENDMENT 1- The RFQ has been amended to incorporate the Wage Determination attachment.
A licensed Fire Protection Engineer (FPE) will evaluate and asses B6205 existing fire system compatibility to accommodate the new woodshop. This includes inspecting sprinkler and alarm systems, providing hydraulic calculations, conducting a dust hazard analysis, and coordinating a fire flow test with American Water. The contractor shall deliver comprehensive reports and recommendations to bring the building up to code according to NFPA standards based on findings.
If interested and capable of fulfilling the requirements listed in the statement of work (SOW) please complete the attached RFQ and return to me no later than suspense date NLT 10 April 2024 at 10am. If any questions please have the attached with your RFQ NLT 4 April 2024 at 10am.
