PURPOSE

The purpose of this special notice is to provide industry an opportunity to review the Government's draft Statement of Work (SOW) for RRL FY24 Content Conversion.  Also provided with this special notice is the Government's draft list of required CDRLs and draft SOW Appendix C (Terms & Definitions) Aligned with SOW Appendix I (Media Characteristics).  This information is DRAFT and subject to change as the Government proceeds with requirements development and drafting of a potential solicitation. 

Feedback on the draft SOW, CDRL List, and SOW Appendix C & I are welcome.  Any feedback shall be submitted to the primary point of contact identified in this special notice with a carbon copy (cc) to the secondary point of contact:
