Description
The purpose of this requirement is to design and renovate the Daily Grind coffee shop and cafe located in Community Activities Center, Building 685, on RAF Alconbury, UK. Work will include repairs, demolitions, and modernization for approximately 4,187 sq ft.
Please see attachment 1 - SOW, attachment 2 - Daily Grind Floor Plan, and Daily Grind Concept Sketch, which are included as attachments to this solicitation.
A site visit will be held on September 5th, 2024 at 1200 BST. Please coordinate in advance if you wish to attend this site visit as late requests may not ba able to be accomadated by Security personnel. Any and all questions received in response to this solicitation will be answered to the maximum extent practicable and published as an amendment to this solicitation.This soicitatoion closes at the date and time indicated in this notice. Late offers will not be evaluated.
Prospective offerors shall propose electronically, limiting a technical portion to 10 pages. Offerors may also submit a price proposal in addition.
Please note, contractors working on MoD/DoD installations in the United Kingdom are required by UK law to be registered in their trade and are required to posess the necessary certifcation to perform the work outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Contract workers under this requirement will be required to obtain the necessary access to MoD/DoD installations.
