Description
“The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Government Contracting Services (GCS) intends to contract using other than full and open competition. The services and supplies are in support of the Office of Refugee Resettlement’s (ORR) mission to provide direct care services at the 1,100 bed Influx Care Facility (ICF) in Greensboro, North Carolina (NC). This facility provides an appropriate and efficient means for ORR to acquire direct care, supervision, and the related services necessary for the care of UC until they can be placed with an appropriate sponsor. Prime contractor capabilities, experience, subcontractor base, community-network, and expertise related to the provision of safe and appropriate care and support of UC and/or similarly situated at-risk minor populations are critical to the success of this effort.
Accordingly, the GCS intends to award a contract to Deployed Services, LLC located at 6820 West Linebaugh Ave. Ste. 105, Tampa, FL 33625-4965. This contract will address the requirements of ORR’s direct care services at the ICF in Greensboro, NC. The name of this requirement is titled as Greensboro III.
The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification and capability statements prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements and must include relevant corporate experience along with the applicable contract number, total contract dollar amount, contract period of performance, details of the relevant services and customer point of contact with corresponding telephone number and email address. Responses must include the following information: Company Name, Unique Entity Identifier number, Company’s address, Point of Contact information (title, phone number and email address) and Business size. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses are due by 16 May 2023 at 12:00 PM (EST). No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. Responses shall be submitted via email to Jhoonku.Jee@acf.hhs.gov. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 624230 Emergency and Other Relief Services and the standard size is $41.5 M.
