Description

The purpose of amendment 06 is to incorporate Questions and Answers. The purpose of amendment 05 is to incorporate Questions and Answers. The purpose of amendment 04 is to extend proposal due date. The purpose of amendment 03 is to update SCA Wage Determinations. The purpose of amendment 02 is to update the CLIN description for X0003 and X0004 and extend the proposal due date. The purpose of amendment 01 is to incorporate the Questions and Answers (ProjNet).This contract will provides Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) services, including certain related facility management services, at sites located within the St Louis region of the 88th Readiness Division (RD). The St Louis region includes portions of two states (Missouri and Illinois).The contract will be awarded as a Stand-Alone firm-fixed-price contract in fiscal year 2024 with a one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. Additionally, the Government may exercise options for up to an additional 6 months under FAR Clause 52.217-8. This requirement is acquired as a competitive set aside for 8(a) small businesses using FAR subpart 19.8 and the SBA/DoD Partnership Agreement. This will be solicited as 100% 8(a) set aside competitive acquisition.
