Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Collins Aerospace (CAGE: 97ZH9) for the procurement of evaluation and repair of one (1) Lifter Manipulator, Part Number GS24265-501, NSN 2005-03-040 for the French Ministry of the Armed Forces. The procurement will be issued under the authority of Foreign Military Sales case FR-P-GWO, Letter of Offer and Acceptance dated 23 March 2007 between the United States Government and the French Ministry of the Armed Forces.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) is mandatory for consideration. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for an award of a contract. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice via email no later than 18 October 2022 at 11:00 A.M. EDT to Shara Ruth at shara.j.ruth.civ@us.navy.mil. Content should be limited to ten (10) pages.
