Description

The FDIC is in need of a contractor to provide all supervision, labor, materials, services
(including design services), equipment and storage associated with furnishing modular office
furniture, systems furniture, support space furnishings, training furniture,
disassemble/assemble and installation services necessary to perform the requirements of this
Statement of Work. The location for the performance of these services will be at the FDIC’s
Atlanta Regional office located at 10 10th St., NW, Atlanta, GA 30309.


In addition, FDIC is seeking a solution to convert two types of Herman Miller 48 square foot
(sf) workstations into 64sf workstations. In 2022, FDIC awarded contracts for various sized
Herman Miller workstations that were installed on the 9th and 10th floors. There are
approximately a total of 41 workstations classified as “WS.03 – Workstation Telework 48sf”
and 4 workstations classified as “WS.01 – Workstation 48sf”. The ARO requires
approximately 6 workstations at the 64sf size to be built our from the existing 48sf
workstations.
