This procurement will be solicited as 100% total small business set aside, Invitation for Bid (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under PSC CODE: Z1KF,  NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $37,000,000. All questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist, Lisa Ip: Lisa.I.Ip@usace.army.mil.

Estimated Cost Range is between more than $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The work includes annual maintenance dredging of the Suisun Bay and NY Slough Channel to -35-ft (MLLW) plus 1 ft of paid overdepth and Bulls Head Channel (Reach 2) to -37-ft (MLLW) plus 1 ft of paid overdepth and transporting of the dredged material to SF-16. This requirement is total small business set aside. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

ALL BIDS will be due on May 29, 2024 at 01:00 PM PST. The specific date and time is identified in the solicitation.

BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION,  AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.

Plans and specs will not be provided in hard copy or CD format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on SAM.gov once the IFB is issued.
