Elevator Maintenance for San Francisco Airport Surface Detection Equipment (SFO ASDE) in San Francisco, CA.

Amendment 0001 of the SIR replaces the previous SOW and incorporates a Question and Answer document. There are no other changes to the terms and conditions as a result of this amendment.

This solicitation receives no attendees for the site visit and no questions were submitted for the Q&A period.  Submissions must be received no later than 12:00 noon Eastern Time on Tuesday, August 16th, 2022. It is the Offerors full responsibility to ensure that proposals are received as specified above. Proposals submitted after the due date and time will not be accepted.

The Federal Aviation Administration is issuing this Solicitation (SIR) for Rack and Pinion Elevator Maintenance for the San Francisco Airport Surface Detection Equipment (SFO ASDE), located at the San Francisco International Airport, San Francisco, California. The requirement is to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work included as attachment 1 in Section J of the Solicitation.

This acquisition is set aside for small business and will be awarded as a Firm-fixed Price Contract. The solicitation is applicable for NAICS code 238290.

Please email the names of those attending, the name of the company they are representing, and the site visit locations they will be attending no later than Friday, August 5th, 2022 by 12:00 noon Eastern Time. Each company will be limited to two (2) total attendees and should complete the attached COVID-19 Wellness Self Check prior to arriving at the FAA Facility. Please document all your questions while at the site visit and submit them to Anna F. Glover (anna.f.glover@faa.gov) via email by the date and time as directed below. Questions will not be answered during the site visit.

Questions or comments applicable to this SIR must be submitted in written form via email to Anna F. Glover, Contract Specialist, at anna.f.glover@faa.gov no later than 2:00 pm Eastern Time on Tuesday, August 9th, 2022.

Questions and responses that clarify the SIR may be provided to all Offerors; if this information is provided to all Offerors, the source of the questions will not be identified.  Responses to all questions and any necessary amendments made to the SIR will be made by 2:00 pm Eastern Time on Thursday, August 11th, 2022.
