Description
This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source firm fixed price award. The USDA Farm Services Agency (FSA) HQ needs to obtain Facilitation Services to design, coach and facilitate, leading transformational change in complex systems and cultures to include review of existing documents, processes and structures, consultation and planning and sensing calls with OSEC and Mission Area leaders and coordinators to gain an understanding of objectives and to design extended process to achieve USDA FSA objectives.
