Description

The Government is requesting responses to additional questions. See attachments titled "LVHP first round of additional technical questions" and "LVHP first round of additional questions". Reponse date extended from 15 January, 2022 to 8 April, 2022.
***On 17 December, 2021 title changed from "Low Voltage High Pressure A/C Units" to "Low Volume High Pressure A/C Units" and response date extended from 7 January, 2022 to 15 January, 2022.
The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the production data, expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements for the production of LVHP ACUs. Our contemplated acquisition strategy is a five-year contract (basic plus four option years) and will continue through FY26. After a single Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) option of 100, the projected quantities of options will be 180.
LVHP ACUs are trailer mounted, mobile air conditioning units used primarily for cooling avionics during maintenance or pre-flight activities on various tactical fixed wing USAF aircraft meeting the attached draft Purchase Description (PD) PD21WRWNZEA036 and draft Statement of Work (SOW).
