Amendment 001 - Request for Offer for the Elevator Services at ANC ARTCC, ANC ASDE, ANC ATCT, MRI ATCT, and DLG FSS.

AMENDMENT 001 to add the Updated SOW with corrected Facilities POC Names and the Additional Information with List of elevators.

This Request for Offer (RFO) is for the Elevator Services at ANC ARTCC, ANC ASDE, ANC ATCT, MRI ATCT, and DLG FSS in Alaska to be completed as required in the Statement of Work that is located in Section C of the attached 697DCK-23-R-00367.

This acquisition is a Full and Open Competition.

The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is: 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors-Building and Property Specialty Trade Services, with the size standard of $19 Million.

The resulting award will be Firm-Fixed Price Contract with a base year plus four option years.

No SITE VISITS are scheduled at this time.

Questions or Comments pertaining to this RFO must be submitted in written form via email to Samandeep Sraon, Contracting specialist at Samandeep.ctr.sraon@faa.gov no later than 1700 Pacific Time on Monday, 05/08/2023. Questions and responses that clarify the RFO may be provided to all Offerors; if this information is provided to all Offerors, the source of the questions will not be identified. Responses to all questions and any necessary amendments made to the RFO will be made by 1700 Pacific Time on Wednesday 05/31/2023.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: EACH OFFEROR SHALL SUBMIT AS A VALID OFFER TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTES:

1. Cover letter stating that no exceptions are taken to any specifications requirements or contract terms and conditions, or a detailed summary of all exceptions taken.
2. Signed Standard Form 33 - SOLICITATION, OFFER ,ANY AMENDMENT AND AWARD.
3. Part I, Section B - PRICE SCHEDULE, Complete and return Section B Price Breakdown spreadsheet.
4. Part IV, Section K- REPRESENTATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND OTHER STATEMENTS.
5. Congratulations 8(a) letter from the Small Business Administration (if applicable).
6. Past Experience containing at least two (2) projects of similar nature with Point of Contact information for confirmation of completion of work.

Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management,www.sam.gov on the date established for receipt of offers (05/31/2023).Reference AMS Clause 3.3.1-33, paragraph (d), "if the offerer does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer may proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror."
