Description
I. SOURCES SOUGHT SUMBISSION NOTICE
This notice will be used to identify potential sources that are interested in and capable of performing the work described herein. In accordance with FAR15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This sources sought is issued solely for conducting market research, making a set aside determination, and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or obligation on the part of the Government.
Neither unsolicited proposals nor any other kind of offers will be considered in response to this sources sought. No reimbursement will be made for any costs assocaited with providing information in response to this announcement and/or any follow-up information requests.
The page limitation for responses is 5 pages (not inclusive of the Course Catalog). In order to participate in the resulting RFP and to be eligible for an award, the offeror must have (i) a current CAGE Code, (ii) a DUNS #, and (iii) be registered to do business with the Government of the United States in the System for Award Management (SAM) and not be on the Excluded Parties List. The contemplated resultant contract vehicle is a single award C type contract.

III. SOCIOECONOMIC STATUS
Provide information pertaining to your company's socioeconomic status forfederal procurement programs (small, HUBZone, 8(a), Women-owned, veteran-owned, etc) under NAICS 611430.
IV. CAPABILITIES STATEMENT
Section V includes a description of the deliverables for this requirement. Interested parties must provide evidence that they are capable of providing the required U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration training. The capabilities statement should include:
- Examples of experience providing approved DEA clandestine laboratory courses aligned with its standard, protocols and best practices.
- Experience Providing Training OCONUS
- Catalog of offered courses that comply with OSHA hazardous waste operations and emergency response (HAZWOPER) health and safety training requirements as set forth in 29 CFR 1910.120(q), allowing students to be certified according to this standard.
V. SCOPE OF WORK
The eventual solicitation will include training requirements described in the attached Statement of Work.
